Bald Head Island Lighthouse
Old Baldy is a 5 minute walk from the ferry landing. Come inside the Keeper`s Cottage to purchase tickets for self guided tours of the museum and North Carolina`s oldest lighthouse. Admission $6 adult 13 and up and $3 youth ages 3 to 12. Under 3 free. Monday-Saturday 9 to 5 Sunday 11 to 5. No tickets sold a half hour prior to close. | |

Bald Head Island Conservancy
The Bald Head Island Conservancy is a non-profit organization that was founded in 1983. The Conservancy`s mission is barrier island conservation, education, and preservation. It is located in a unique area within the Smith Island Complex which includes Bald Head, Middle and Bluff Islands, all of which are bounded by the Cape Fear River and the Atlantic Ocean. The Conservancy sponsors and facilitates scientific research that benefits coastal communities and provides numerous recreational and educational activities to the public. In collaboration with various organizations, the Conservancy is uniquely poised to become a national leader in barrier island conservation. | |

Bald Head Historic Island Tours
Tour Bald Head Island with a knowledgeable guide. Includes on-island transportation, admission to Old Baldy Lighthouse and museum, and 10% discount in the lighthouse gift shop. Riverside Adventure Company
The Riverside Adventure Co. family has a lot of activities available throughout the season.
