Ferry Reservations
The ferry cost for adults is $23 per person round trip. You'll need to book your own ferry and tram reservations to and from the island that coordinate with The Inn's check-in and check-out times. How to Pack
You will need to pack as if you were going to be flying on an airline, packing all belongings in a covered box, tub with a lid, or suitcase. Hand carry any electronic equipment (ie. cameras or laptops) or fragile items on board the ferry. Your luggage will be placed on dollies and loaded on the ferry by outfitters. Please note the dolly number that your luggage is on for easier identification upon reaching the Island. You'll need to stand in the tram line to receive your tram assignment and then claim your luggage.

Directions
Bald Head Island’s passenger ferries depart the mainland from Deep Point Marina, located at 1301 Ferry Road in Southport, NC, just before the state-operated Southport-Fort Fisher Ferry Landing. Entering Southport on Route 211 South (Howe Street), take a left on East Moore Street and then a right onto 211 (Ferry Road) at the roundabout. Proceed about a half mile and then turn right into the entrance to Deep Point Marina, following the signs to the lower level ferry terminal, where you'll drop off luggage before parking your car.
