Everyone we encountered from the owners to the staff were beyond friendly and knowledgeable regarding the area as well as outings, including surfing!

We cannot wait to return and hopefully stay in the same room! We have highly recommended the inn to people who want to visit Bald Head Island. My parents are discussing a visit in the near futureas are we!

We celebrated our 60th Wedding Anniversary during our stay. Gail and Dann, as well as Rose, did everything to make it a celebratory eventtherefore, so did the other guests. We enjoyed our interactions with the other guests, several of which were also celebrating anniversaries, as well. A very nice stayone we will remember. The food was excellent! Ann and Will Gillon

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the inn. We came for much needed downtime. Rose and Vicki were spectacular and had a wealth of knowledge to provide about the island and we loved talking to Dann about the inn. My favorite thing was sitting on the front porch with my coffee or wine (depending on what time it was) and watching the marina and the activity. We will be back!!

Dann was great prior to our arrival, both by e-mail and phone. Rose and Vicky really took care of everything during our stay and even the golf cart "attendant" was so friendly. One of the main differences between one Inn and another is the attention to detail and I think Dann & his team are focused on the details. We really like the island's slogan, "don't change the island, let the island change you" EXACTLY.

Well my wife and I were there to celebrate but also to explore since we'd never been to Bald Head Island. We have been to a few "exclusive" islands along the east coast but Bald Head Island, and definitely the Bald Head Inn. was a treat. We really were impressed by the "all electric golf cart only" transportation, makes everything so quiet.....you can hear people talking and birds chirping, wonderful. We will be back soon for another stay at the Inn and to enjoy the great beaches, especially the East Beach : - ). Oh, and we want to try out one of the new resturaunts Jailhouse Provisions! Can't wait!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Inn at Bald Head Island. It was a relaxing and comfortable place to recoup and re-energize. It certainly embraced the Island attitude of peace and tranquility. Such hospitable and generous proprietors and staff made my stay all the more enjoyable and memorable. I look forward to returning often. Thank you!

The Pelican has nearly a 270 degree view of water. You can see the creek, Old Baldy, the sunset over the ocean Oak Island Lighthouse and Historic Southport from the covered porch of this unit!

The Innkeepers, Dann and Gail along with their entire team were welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay PERFECT. The breakfast each morning and Happy Hour food was outstanding. The fried oatmeal bites with warm syrup were a special treat one morning. Words cannot describe how I felt after my 2 night stay. I felt like I had been on vacation for a week, and I plan to return often. As a full time meetings professional who works with the top hotels in the Country, the Inn ranks with the best.

Both Dan and Gail were excellent hosts. Both the breakfast and happy hours were excellent and we very much enjoyed our conversations during those times with the other guests as well as our hosts.

Inn is first-class and location on the island is ideal.
